This is a great 2 bedroom apartment as the new bedroom has its own balcony and the master bedroom on the roof-top has a private roof deck overlooking Noho sky line with marvelous views of the Empire State building over the roof tops. The living room has a dining table and a queen size sofa bed with a open kitchen. It is on the penthouse floor and you are 1 block from Soho prime just off Broadway, West Village, right in Greenwich Village and East Village down the block. This is a quiet private unit with ample of space. The 2nd bedroom upstairs has a closet large enough for a full size bed. Time Warner Road Runner High speed internet cable access can be installed for $60 per month with 5 business days delivery. Apartment equipped with 27 inch television. We can fedex you the keys for your stay. A doorman will be available later this summer and this unit has a balcony on one floor and a private terrace for barbeque and Manhattan skyline viewing on the top floor. Each bedroom has its own balcony or roof-deck access. This is a perfect luxury short term stay for large groups of friends enjoying Soho to the max.

SoHo is a neighborhood rich in 19th-century cast-iron architecture, contemporary art galleries, trendy boutiques and eclectic restaurants. The name is an acronym which comes from the area`s location SOuth of HOuston  This neighborhood has restaurants such as Cipriani, Cafe Gitane, Cafe Havana and is walking distance to neighborhoods such as Little Italy, West Village, Chinatown, Tribeca, Noho, Greenwich Village and Union Square.  These are within a few blocks any way you go.  Mercer Kitchen and Bar 89 are a must visit.  Do have the chocolate martini at mercer kitchen and the burger special at Bar 89.  Pravda and Balthazar are a second must among Bond, the sushi place on Bond Street.
